Description

Make a quick and easy homemade mango salsa with fresh mango, cucumber, cilantro and scallions for a vibrantly healthy, flavorful side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Diced Fresh Mango
  • 1 cup Cucumber, Chopped
  • ¼ cups Cilantro, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Scallions, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • ¼ teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Chipotle Powder

Preparation

In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix everything together and serve.
