Description
Sweet juicy mangoes transformed into a delicious salsa. Excellent with tortilla chips for snacking or over grilled chicken or fish as an entree.
Ingredients
- 1 Mango, Peeled And Diced
- 1 can (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Fire Roasted Tomatoes, Drained
- ⅓ cups Diced Red Onion
- ⅓ cups Diced Red Pepper
- 1 Jalapeno, Seeds And Veins Removed, Minced
- ½ Lime, Juiced
- ¼ cups Chopped Cilantro
- Kosher Salt To Taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing thoroughly. Season to taste with salt.
