Description

A unique and tasty twist on your everyday Pecan Pie, the maple and bourbon flavors mesh perfectly in this decadent dessert!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chopped Pecans
  • 1 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • ¼ cups Pure Maple Syrup
  • ½ cups Light Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Melted And Cooled Slightly
  • 3  Large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Bourbon
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 whole 9 Inch Frozen Pie Crust

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Combine pecans and remaining ingredients (except crust) in a large bowl, stirring well to combine. Pour filling into prepared crust.

Bake for 45 minutes or until center of pie is set and not jiggly. Cool on wire rack.
