Ingredients
- 2 cups Chopped Pecans
- 1 cup Light Corn Syrup
- ¼ cups Pure Maple Syrup
- ½ cups Light Brown Sugar, Packed
- 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Melted And Cooled Slightly
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Bourbon
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- 1 whole 9 Inch Frozen Pie Crust
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine pecans and remaining ingredients (except crust) in a large bowl, stirring well to combine. Pour filling into prepared crust.
Bake for 45 minutes or until center of pie is set and not jiggly. Cool on wire rack.
