This homemade Maple Cinnamon Granola is a delicious combination of salty and sweet, and is versatile enough to use in a variety of recipes.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- ¼ cups Ground Flax Seed
- ¾ cups Maple Sugar (or Honey)
- ½ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ cups Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- ¾ teaspoons Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Ginger
- ¾ cups Dried Cranberries (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Grease a large rimmed cookie sheet.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl then spread evenly over the greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
