Description

Maple Mustard Glazed Ham is a simple holiday masterpiece! Maple syrup, mustard, brown sugar and spices combine to make the sticky and sweet glaze for this meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole (7 To 8 Lb. Size) Bone-in, Cooked Ham
  • ¾ cups Lightly Packed Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cups Brown Mustard
  • ¼ cups Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ teaspoons Paprika
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 275ºF (or whatever the packaging information recommends for the ham you purchased). Place ham sliced-side down in a casserole dish greased with cooking spray. Score the outside of the ham by slicing the outside of the ham in thick horizontal lines and then in vertical lines (being careful not to cut more than 1 inch into the ham).

Mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl until fully combined. Using a marinade brush, baste ham with marinade. Place in the oven and cook 1 hour and 30 minutes (or according to the directions on the package). Baste ham every 20 to 30 minutes with the marinade. Remove from the oven and allow to cool 15 minutes before serving.
