Description

Made with bananas, yogurt, oatmeal and maple syrup, this breakfast is healthy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Bananas
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt
  • ½ cups Instant Oatmeal
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • ⅛ teaspoons Fresh Nutmeg
  • Ice, As Needed

Preparation

Add all ingredients except ice to blender and blend on high. Add 1 ice cube at a time until shake reaches your desired texture.

Serve immediately.
