    Description

    Sweet, crunchy granola that is perfect with cereal or over yogurt. Or plain!

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
    • 1 cup Pepitas
    • 1 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
    • 1 cup Almonds
    • 1-¼ cup Walnuts
    • ¾ cups Maple Syrup
    • ½ cups Olive Oil
    • ½ cups Brown Sugar

    Preparation

    1. Heat oven to 300°F.
    2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Transfer to a 9×13 pan. Cook for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
    3. Allow to cool completely before storing.
