Ingredients
- 1 cup Real Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Large Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 2 Tablespoons Butter Or Margarine, Melted
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 drop Vanilla Extract
- 1 Frozen 9-inch Pie Shell
- 4 Scoops Of Ice Cream, As Desired For Serving
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Combine maple syrup, sugar, eggs and margarine in a large bowl. Stir in raisins and vanilla.
3. Pour mixture into pie crust and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 55 minutes, then remove from oven and cool for 2 hours.
4. Serve topped with a scoop of your favourite ice cream.
