Description

This recipe makes for a flavorful and elegant salmon dinner. The perfect recipe for your holiday celebrations or a special dinner for two.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Salmon Fillets
  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries
  • FOR THE SAUCE:
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy, Reduced Sodium
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Pepper
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet.

In a small glass bowl, whisk the sauce ingredients to combine. Pour over the salmon fillets equally. Add the fresh cranberries.

Bake for 20 minutes then broil for up to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
