Description

A simple yet tasty marinade for any meat!

Ingredients

  • 4  Pork Loin Chops (medium Size)
  • FOR THE MARINADE:
  • 4 Tablespoons Honey
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper

Preparation

Mix marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Pour 3/4 of the mixture into a resealable bag (or tighty sealed container), add meat and seal. Leave remainder of sauce in bowl and put in fridge to use later. Place sealed bag in fridge and flip meat occasionally to coat.

Remove chops (I waited a few hours) and grill over medium heat. Use reserved marinade to baste meat while it cooks. Flip meat after 4–5 minutes and let cook for another 5 minutes before removing from heat. Let sit 5 minutes before serving to allow juices to settle!

Tip: Put meat on the grill and do not move or squish it until ready to flip, only once, to get nice grill marks!

Serve with a fresh salad and baked potatoes. Enjoy.
