Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 300 milliliters Milk
- 200 milliliters Mineral Water
- 200 grams Flour
- 250 grams Mascarpone
- 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 100 milliliters Whipping Cream
Preparation
Beat eggs and add milk and mineral water. Gradually add flour.
Heat a pancake pan. Grease it with few drops of vegetable oil, and then wipe it with a paper towel. Pour a ladleful of crepe mixture and cook for about 3 minutes. Flip crepe to cook the other side. Let crepes cool before adding mascarpone cream.
For the cream, combine mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar and mix well. Add cream and whisk until firm. Assemble crepes as desired.
