Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Pineapple
- ½ cups Avocado
- ⅓ cups Greens, Such As Spinach Or Kale
- ½ cups Almond Or Coconut Milk
- 2 teaspoons Matcha Powder
- ½ Banana
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend well. If it’s too thick, add more milk; if it’s too thin, add more ice or another half banana.
If you want it to be a smoothie bowl, it needs to be thick.
