The most perfect, delicious, fool proof crepe batter!
Ingredients
- ½ cups Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 whole Eggs
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar (for Dessert Crepes Only)
Preparation
Combine flour and milk in a bowl. Mix until well combined. Add the eggs and mix well. Add melted butter and mix until well combined.
Pour 1/4 cup batter into your favorite crepe pan. Swirl the batter around until the bottom is fully covered and let the batter cook until the edges are slightly brown. Run a knife along the edge and let the crepe fall onto a plate.
We like to eat them with a little butter and powdered sugar rolled up in the crepe, but they will work wonderfully with your favorite toppings!
Note: I quadruple the recipe for my family of 5.
