Description
After one bite, this burger will be the burger you chose to make every timee. Tender, juicy and it has a slight smoky taste that is simply to die for. We should have called it a 10-napkin burger because it is so juicy.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Ground Beef
- 8 ounces, weight Ground Turkey
- 8 ounces, weight Bacon Chopped And Raw
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Melted Butter, To Brush On Burgers
Preparation
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together (except melted butter) and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Divide into 4 equal portions. Shape burgers without smashing patties too much. Keep loosely packed. Brush burgers with melted butter.
Preheat grill to 400ºF. Place burgers over flames and grill 3 minutes. Turn burgers halfway and grill an additional 3 minutes. Flip burgers over and grill 2 minutes. Turn burgers halfway and grill an additional 2 minutes.
Remove from grill and place on plate. Cover plate with foil and allow to sit 5 minutes.
Prepare buns with favorite condiments. Add burgers and enjoy.
