Description

Vegan white chocolate has always been tricky, but here’s an amazing last-minute Valentine’s Day dessert. These raw white chocolate hearts are not only delicious and healthier than store bought ones, but they are super easy to make. They require only 4 or 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to prepare.

Cranberries are optional; you can leave your fudge plain or add nuts of your choice. Coconut cream is what makes them so delicate.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Sweetener Of Your Choice (I Used Powdered Sugar)
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Cream
  • 20 whole Dried Cranberries

Preparation

Melt cocoa butter and add sweetener, vanilla extract and coconut cream. Mix everything well.

Put dried cranberries on the bottom of your molds and pour the white chocolate mixture over them. Put in the freezer or fridge until the hearts have hardened. Store in the fridge until you are ready to eat them.
