    Description

    Gluten-free and dairy-free Mini Banana Bread Donuts.

    Ingredients

    • 120 grams Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
    • 100 grams Brown Sugar
    • 1  Medium Sized Banana, Mashed
    • 1  Egg
    • 40 grams Dairy Free Spread, Melted
    • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
    • Icing Sugar Or Cinnamon Sugar, For Coating

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 180ºC (355ºF).

    Mix brown sugar, mashed banana, egg and melted dairy-free spread. Stir in flour and ground cinnamon.

    Grease a mini donut mould tray. Pipe in batter until each mould is 3/4 full. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool and coat with sifted icing sugar or cinnamon sugar.
