Gluten-free and dairy-free Mini Banana Bread Donuts.
Ingredients
- 120 grams Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
- 100 grams Brown Sugar
- 1 Medium Sized Banana, Mashed
- 1 Egg
- 40 grams Dairy Free Spread, Melted
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- Icing Sugar Or Cinnamon Sugar, For Coating
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180ºC (355ºF).
Mix brown sugar, mashed banana, egg and melted dairy-free spread. Stir in flour and ground cinnamon.
Grease a mini donut mould tray. Pipe in batter until each mould is 3/4 full. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool and coat with sifted icing sugar or cinnamon sugar.
