These mini caramel apples are perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, fluid Caramel
- 6 Granny Smith Apples
- 2 cups Peanuts, Crushed
Preparation
Note: You will also need a melon baller and straws or cake pop sticks.
Begin heating caramel. With a melon baller, scoop out sections of green apples. While caramel is heating up, place straws or cake pop sticks into apples. Then dip them in caramel, sprinkle on some crushed peanuts, and place on a lined cookie sheet.
