Description
A cheesy, Italian-style appetizer made with mozzarella cheese, basil and tomato and drizzled with balsamic dressing and olive oil.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Mini Babybel Mozzarella Style Cheese, Peeled, Cut In Half Horizontally
- 1 whole Basil Leaf, Cut In Half
- 1 slice Tomato, Cut In Half
- ¼ teaspoons Balsamic Glaze
- ⅛ teaspoons Olive Oil
Preparation
Place the bottom half of one of the Mini Babybel cheese rounds on a plate, top with half a basil leaf and half a slice of tomato. Top the tomato with the other half of the cheese. Do the same for the remaining ingredients.
Serve on a plate with a drizzle of balsamic dressing and a drizzle of olive oil.
