Ingredients
- 2-¾ pounds Ground Turkey
- ¼ Sweet Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 2 stalks Celery, Chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Spicy Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 Egg White
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 5-½ Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- FOR THE KETCHUP TOPPING:
- ¼ cups Ketchup
- ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
- ½ teaspoons Brown Sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Combine all the ingredients for the meatloaf in a bowl and form 4 mini meat loaves. Place in a baking pan.
Mix ingredients for the ketchup topping and spread on top of the meat loaves. Cook for 20–25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
