Description
Mint and Coriander Chutney is quick to make chutney and can spice up any appetizer, especially Indian chaats.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Coriander
- ½ bunches Mint
- 2 Green Chilis
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Mango Powder
- ½ teaspoons Roasted Cumin Powder
- ½ teaspoons White Sugar
- Salt To Taste
Preparation
Clean and wash herbs. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend to a smooth paste, adding more water if needed.
Transfer to a clean bowl. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
