Description

Who doesn’t love watermelon, the zero calorie per cup sweet wonder? There are various types of juices made using this fruit and all of them are so refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 5 leaves Mint
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 7 ounces, weight Seedless Watermelon Pieces
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper

Preparation

Blend the ginger, mint leaves, lemon juice and watermelon together in an electric mixer. Strain (optional) into a serving glass and add salt, pepper and some ice cubes. Serve chilled.
