    Description

    A light, healthy, refreshing smoothie made with bananas, mint and spinach! A perfect wake me up and go breakfast!

    Ingredients

    • 1 whole Banana, Frozen
    • ¾ cups Non-fat Milk Or Milk Of Choice
    • ⅛ teaspoons Mint Extract
    • ¼ teaspoons Stevia
    • 1 cup Spinach, Fresh

    Preparation

    Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.

    Note: Start with 1/8 teaspoon of mint extract and add a pinch more if needed.
