Description

This Minty Alkaline Kiwi Green Smoothie is low carb, raw, vegan, dairy-free and a great energy booster!

Ingredients

  • 1  Kiwi, Sliced In Half And Flesh Spooned Out
  • 1  Green Or Pink Lady Apple, Peeled And Sliced
  • ½  English Cucumber, Diced (skin On)
  • 1 cup Spinach, Tightly Packed
  • 10 leaves Fresh Mint
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • ½  Medium Lemon, Juiced
  • 1  Banana
  • ¼ cups Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Coconut Oil (optional)

Preparation

Blitz all ingredients together in a blender for 30–60 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Add more honey or an extra banana for more sweetness if desired.
