Description

Frosty and refreshing, with a little jolt of espresso flavor, this smoothie makes a nice quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Bananas, Peeled And Frozen
  • ¾ cups Plain Non-fat Yogurt
  • ¾ cups Milk (or Enough To Achieve Desired Consistency)
  • 2 teaspoons Espresso Powder
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Chocolate Malted Milk Powder (like Ovaltine)
  • 1 teaspoon Sweetener Of Your Choice – Sugar, Honey, Agave
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxmeal

Preparation

Cut bananas into chunks and place in blender.

Add remaining ingredients and blend 30 seconds.

Garnish with whipped cream and cocoa powder if desired.
