    Description

    Light and fluffy waffles my mother would make for us growing up.

    Ingredients

    • 2 whole Eggs, Separated
    • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
    • 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
    • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
    • ½ teaspoons Salt
    • 1 cup Milk
    • ¾ cups Water
    • ½ cups Oil

    Preparation

    In a stand mixer, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix in egg yolks, milk, water and oil, until well combined. Fold in egg whites. Pour batter into a waffle maker and cook according to manufacturer’s directions.
