Mom’s Cuba Dip

Description

A great cheesey dip for your next sports function. Can be made in the crockpot or the stove to speed things along.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ pound Ground Beef
  • ½ whole Vidalia Or Yellow Onion, Diced
  • 1 pound Breakfast Sausage
  • 2 pounds Velveeta, Cubed
  • 1 can (10 1/2 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Rotel (Chilis And Tomatoes)
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder

Preparation

Brown ground beef with chopped onions and drain in a colander when cooked. Brown sausage in the same pan and drain.

Add the cooked meats into the crockpot. Add Velveeta, mushroom soup, Rotel, and garlic powder into the crockpot. Turn the crockpot on high until all the ingredients are melted together. Once melted, turn the dip to low and serve with chips.

Note: For the stovetop, melt the Velveeta while you’re browning the meat. Then add the browned meat and remaining ingredients to the melting cheese.
