Description
A.k.a the artery clogger, bacon, fried eggs, cheese, and avocado—a delicious and filling breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 4 whole Eggs
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise, If Desired
- ½ cups Kerrygold Dubliner (sharp Cheddar) Cheese, Shredded
- 4 slices Bacon, Cooked And Sliced In Half
- 1 whole Avocado, Peeled, Seeded And Sliced
- ¼ teaspoons Garlic Salt
Preparation
Melt butter in a skillet and add eggs. Break yolks, season with salt and pepper and cook hard. Meanwhile, toast bread and spread with mayo, if desired. Onto one piece of toast, layer 2 eggs and sprinkle with half of the Dubliner cheese, 2 slices of bacon, half of the avocado, and sprinkle with garlic sal. Top with another piece of toast and cut in half diagonally. Repeat for second sandwich.
