    A healthy, hydrating drink that is perfect for after a workout. It contains coconut, carrots, pineapple and cucumber. Only 123 calories! Yes I know it’s ugly, but it is so good for you!

    Ingredients

    • ½ cups Carrot Juice (all Natural)
    • ½ cups Coconut Water
    • ½ cups Pineapple Chunks, Frozen*
    • 1 cup Sliced Cucumber, Peeled If Your Blender Can’t Take The Skin

    Preparation

    Add all ingredients into a blender, put the lid on and process until smooth. Enjoy!
