Super easy appetizer!
Ingredients
- ½ pounds Ground Beef
- ½ jars Spaghetti Sauce (8 Ounce Size)
- 15 whole Mushrooms (Stems Removed And Inside Cleaned Out)
- ½ pounds Cheddar Cheese, Grated
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a medium skillet cook ground beef for 15 minutes on medium heat, drain grease and add spaghetti sauce, cook until hot for about 5 minutes.
Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Hollow out mushrooms with a spoon. Arrange in a casserole dish and spoon in ground beef mixture into each mushroom. It does not need to be perfect. If you overfill them all the better. Top with your favorite cheese. I chose basic cheddar.
Bake in oven at 350ºF for 15 minutes. Allow mushrooms to cool 15 minutes before you eat them.
