Description

Natural Flu Remedy Tea made with 4 powerful anti-inflammatory ingredients: ginger, lemon, hot chili and linden blossom. Helps you fight the flu or a cold faster.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece (2-inch Size) Ginger Root, Sliced
  • 1  Lemon, Sliced
  • 1  Medium-sized Hot Chili Pepper, Sliced
  • 2 bags (Single Serving Size) Linden Blossom Tea (or Loose Leaf)
  • 4 cups Boiling Water
  • 4 teaspoons Honey (if Not Vegan Or Vegetarian)

Preparation

Put ginger, lemon, chili slices and linden blossom in a teapot. Add boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon honey to each cup if desired. Enjoy!
