No-Bake Blackberry Yogurt Pie

A deliciously perfect pie for spring and summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole 9 Inch Graham Cracker Crust
  • 2 Tablespoons Cold Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1-½ teaspoon Unflavored Gelatin
  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 3 containers (6 Oz. Size) Blackberry Yogurt
  • 1 cup Whipped Topping, Such As Cool Whip, Plus Additional For Topping
  • 1 cup Fresh Blackberries

Preparation

In a saucepan, add water and lemon juice. Sprinkle in gelatin. Heat on low until dissolved. Let it cool for about 5 minutes

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add yogurt. Pour in gelatin mixture. Beat until combined. Fold in whipped topping.

Spoon evenly into pie crust. If desired, top with additional whipped topping. Garnish with fresh blackberries.

Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
