No-Bake, Dairy-Free, Sugar Free Overnight Oats are perfect for summer and easy to make ahead before you head to the beach!
Ingredients
- 3 cups Rolled Oats
- 3 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 4 Full Droppers Liquid Vanilla Stevia (from A 2 Ounce Bottle)
- 2 whole Apricots, Pitted And Chopped
- 1 whole Nectarine, Pitted And Chopped
- ½ cups Raspberries
- ½ cups Blueberries
Preparation
In a large bowl stir together all ingredients except fruit toppings. Let it stand for 30 minutes. Divide mixture into 4 pint sized mason jars, about 3/4 cup each or 6 smaller mason jars, about 1/2 cup each. Add fruit toppings to each, cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, they are ready to eat.
