Description
No-bake energy balls make a great healthy alternative to pre-packaged store snacks. These healthy peanut butter balls are easy to make and taste great!
Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Old Fashion Oats
- ⅓ cups Honey
- ½ cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- ½ cups Mini M&M Candies (or Chocolate Chips)
Preparation
Mix oats, honey, peanut butter and vanilla in a bowl until evenly combined. Add M&Ms.
Roll about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a small ball and place on parchment paper. Repeat until all of the dough is used. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for later.
