Description
These Chocolate Rum Balls are so easy to make, you wouldn’t believe. They also feature Oreos and walnuts and require no oven time at all!
Ingredients
- 23 Oreo Cookies
- ½ cups Confectioners Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
- ⅛ teaspoons Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- ⅓ cups Rum
- Chocolate Sprinkles, For Coating
- Coconut Sprinkles, For Coating
- Chopped Nuts, For Coating
Preparation
In a food processor, add Oreos, sugar, cocoa powder, chopped walnuts, and salt and pulse until finely ground. Add honey and rum and process again. Transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let sit for about 30 minutes in a fridge.
Remove from the fridge and make the balls by scooping the mixture using a small ice cream scoop and rolling between your palms. Roll the balls in the coatings. Chill in an airtight container in the fridge before serving. Enjoy!
