Ingredients

  • 1  Lime
  • 4 teaspoons Caster Sugar
  • 6 sprigs Mint, Plus More For Garnish
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 cup Soda Water

Preparation

Cut lime into 4 wedges. Put 2 wedges in each glass, add caster sugar and mint leaves and muddle everything with a pestle. Add ice cubes and soda water. Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
