Ingredients
- 1 Lime
- 4 teaspoons Caster Sugar
- 6 sprigs Mint, Plus More For Garnish
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
- 1 cup Soda Water
Preparation
Cut lime into 4 wedges. Put 2 wedges in each glass, add caster sugar and mint leaves and muddle everything with a pestle. Add ice cubes and soda water. Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
