Quick healthy recipe for breakfast using pre-cooked nopales.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Green Onion, Chopped
- ⅔ cups Pre-cooked Nopales
- 2 Eggs
- Salt To Taste
Preparation
Add oil to a frying pan over medium heat. Add chopped green onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add nopales and cook for 1–2 minutes. Add eggs and cook until tender, stirring as needed. Add salt to taste.
Serve with beans and warm corn tortillas.
