Cake just got better, today we are sharing a Nutella Buttercream frosting recipe. This recipe is easy and quick that it will be ready for frosting in no time.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Shortening
- 2 cups Butter, At Room Temperature
- 2 cups Nutella Hazelnut Spread
- 6-½ cups Powdered Sugar
Preparation
In a large bowl and using a hand mixer, beat shortening and butter until smooth and creamy. Add Nutella mix until smooth.
Slowly add the powdered sugar a ½ cup at a time until it becomes thick. Keep adding until it is at the right consistency. If it is too thin, add in a little more powdered sugar until it is the consistency you want.
If it is too stiff add 1 tablespoon of milk or water.
