Description
Marshmallow whipped cream. That is all I have to say.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Seattle’s Best Vanilla Coffee (or Your Coffee Of Choice)
- ½ cups 2% Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Nutella Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
- 15 whole Ice Cubes
- 1 Tablespoon Half-and-half
- 1 whole Graham Cracker, Crumbled, For Garnish
- 1 teaspoon Chocolate Syrup, For Garnish
- FOR THE WHIPPED CREAM:
- ¼ cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Marshmallow Fluff
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
Preparation
Combine coffee, milk, sugar, Nutella, ice, and half-and-half in a blender and pulse until smooth and combined.
For the marshmallow whipped cream, in a separate bowl, beat together whipped cream, marshmallow fluff, and sugar. Beat until it is stiff, about 2 minutes. You will probably have a little extra of this, unless you are heavy handed with the whipped cream, like me.
Pipe cream on top of the coffee and garnish with graham cracker crumbs and chocolate syrup.
