- ⅓ cups Rolled Oats, Gluten Free
- ⅔ cups Almond Milk
- 2 teaspoons Chia Seeds
- ½ whole Banana, Sliced
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a glass and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy in the morning! If you don’t have the patience to wait overnight, refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
