    Description

    A quick and easy breakfast that will fill you up all morning long!

    Multiply the ingredients based on how many pancakes you want to make. Ingredients listed make 1 pancake.

    Ingredients

    • 1 whole Egg
    • ½ cups Rolled Oats
    • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
    • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
    • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter Or Almond Butter, To Serve
    • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup, To Serve

    Preparation

    Heat a small pan or griddle over medium high heat.

    Beat the egg, oats, vanilla and cinnamon in a small bowl. Pour into pan, making sure it spreads out into pancake shape and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then flip and cook for 2 minutes more.

    Serve with peanut butter or almond butter and maple syrup.
