Description

Try this bowl of fresh blackberry overnight oats with coconut yogurt, chia seeds, and skim milk topped with crushed pecans and honey. You will look at breakfast a whole new way!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cups Skim Milk
  • ¼ cups Coconut Yogurt
  • ½ teaspoons Chia Seeds
  • ½ cups Blackberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Pecans, Hand-crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Honey

Preparation

Combine oats, milk, yogurt, and chia seeds in mason jar or sealable container. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, add blackberries, hand-crushed pecans and honey.

Stir well and enjoy!
