Description
Olive paste with thyme and balsamic vinegar.
Ingredients
- 400 grams Black Kalamata Olives
- 4 teaspoons Fresh Thyme, Plus Extra For Garnish
- ½ Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Preparation
Place ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
Serve with bread, melba toast or crackers.
Notes: If you find the paste is too thick, just add a little more olive oil and blend until you are happy with it.
