Description

Olive paste with thyme and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

  • 400 grams Black Kalamata Olives
  • 4 teaspoons Fresh Thyme, Plus Extra For Garnish
  • ½ Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Preparation

Place ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.

Serve with bread, melba toast or crackers.

Notes: If you find the paste is too thick, just add a little more olive oil and blend until you are happy with it.
