Ingredients

  • 1 can (about 6 Oz. Size) Black Olives
  • ¼ cups Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, Or More To Taste
  • 3 Tablespoons Capers
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • ¼ teaspoons Thyme, Ground Or Finely Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Sea Salt And Pepper, To Taste

Preparation

Pour black olives and olive oil in food processor and blend on low speed. Add garlic and capers, continuing to blend on low speed, increasing speed slightly, if needed.

Add herbs, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar. While still blending, add pepper and sea salt.

Serve immediately or store in refrigerator.
