Description
This one pot wonder is something my mom made when I was young. It was the first “meal” she let me cook. It is easy and, most of all, only dirties one pot!
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 pound Ground Beef (ground Turkey Or Chicken Can Also Be Used)
- 1 can (15 1/4 Oz. Size) Corn
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Ranch Style Beans
- 1 can (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Size) Dry Ranch Seasoning
- 1 cup Dry Pasta Of Your Choice
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Beef Broth
Preparation
In a large skillet or pot, heat olive oil and add onions. Cook for 5 minutes or so. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add corn, beans, tomatoes and ranch seasoning. Mix well.
Add dry pasta of your choice (I used ditalini pasta, but elbow macaroni or bow tie pasta works well too). Bring to boil. Turn down heat and let simmer until pasta is done, adding beef broth as needed for the pasta to get done.
