Orange Infused Overnight Steel Cut Oats

    Description

    Enjoy steel cut oats without the 30 minutes of cook time. Mix together the night before and wake up to breakfast ready to go!

    Ingredients

    • 1-¼ cup Almond Milk, Divided
    • 1 cup Steel Cut Oats
    • ½ whole Orange, Juiced
    • ½ Tablespoons Chia Seeds
    • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
    • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
    • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
    • ¼ teaspoons Orange Extract
    • ⅛ teaspoons Ginger

    Preparation

    Mix 1 cup of the almond milk (reserving the remaining 1/4 cup for the morning) and the rest of the ingredients together in a sealable container and let sit overnight in the refrigerator (10-12 hours).

    In the morning, add the remaining 1/4 cup almond milk to thin the oats out a bit and stir together.

    Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy cold, or microwave for 30 seconds to take the chill off.
