Description

These Overnight Oats are easy to mix together before bed, and make for a delicious and healthy breakfast when you wake up.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Milk Of Choice
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

Preparation

Stir all the ingredients together and let sit for at least 8 hours. Enjoy!
