Description

Double chocolate chia overnight oats.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE OATS:
  • ½ cups Oats
  • 3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons Raisins
  • 3 Tablespoons Nesquick Chocolate Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips
  • ⅔ cups Milk (or Any Liquid Of Your Choice: Water, Non-dairy Milk, Yogurt Or You Can Even Use Juice!)
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • ½ cups Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Note this requires a minimum of 3 hours refrigeration, up to overnight.

Mix all the yogurt ingredients in a glass jar (14-ounce size) with a lid. If you don’t want to add the chia, just don’t add as much milk. (You can mix any spices, sweeteners, or dried fruit you like into the oats and milk.)

Refrigerate in the glass jar or another airtight container and let the oats soak for at least three hours, ideally overnight.

In the morning, you can add fresh fruit, nuts, yogurt and any other favorite toppings to your oatmeal. In this case I topped with my own homemade vanilla yogurt and some chocolate chips. Enjoy!
