    Ingredients

    • FOR THE OATS:
    • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds 
    • 5 Tablespoons Ground Rolled Oats
    • 4 Tablespoons Coconut Yogurt (vegan)
    • 60 milliliters Of Unsweetened Non-dairy Milk
    • FOR THE TOPPING:
    • 5 whole Fresh Blueberries
    • 6 whole Fresh Redcurrant

    Preparation

    In a small mason jar (or a small glass) add chia seeds, ground oats, coconut yogurt, and non-dairy milk. Stir together until combined. Tighten lid (or cover with plastic wrap). Place the jar in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight (better).
    Add fresh blueberries and red current on top of the overnight oats.
