Overnight Oats with Plum and Sunflower Seeds
Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons Porridge Oats
- 1 Tablespoon Cacao Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 2 whole Plums, Chopped
- 16 Tablespoons Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 4 Tablespoons Roasted Sunflower Seeds
Preparation
In a medium size bowl, whisk oats, cacao powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Add almond milk and maple syrup, stir everything very well. Spoon the mixture into a jar with a lid.
Before you close the lid, add plums and sunflower seeds. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
