Description

Craving a hearty breakfast? Try these Paleo Blueberry Pancakes made with coconut flour. They are full of protein with 4 eggs and will keep you full until lunch.

Ingredients

  • 4  Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • ½ cups Coconut Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • Dash Of Salt
  • ½ cups Wild Blueberries

Preparation

Preheat a griddle or skillet. Spray with cooking spray or use coconut oil to grease skillet.

Mix all ingredients together except the blueberries. Whisk well and then fold in blueberries.

Pour into hot pan and cook for at least 5–6 minutes each side.
